Brian Leary
BRIAN LEARY, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

As Executive Vice President of Pike Telecom, Brian leads its growth in construction and integration of renewable sources into the grid. As the fourth generation in the construction industry, Brian began work in his early teens. Having acquired extensive knowledge and experience across diverse aspects of the business, Brian has successfully completed a vast amount of projects ranging from telecommunications, renewables, utility and commercial construction. His instinct and vision have enabled him to anticipate and meet new demands and advancements, and his unwavering standards continue to mark him as a forerunner in the highest standards of quality, safety and performance.

JOHN FRAITES, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

John Fraites serves as the Senior Vice President of Pike Renewables, with responsibilities for Finance, Contracts, Legal, and Administration. He joined the company in 2018 directing Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to joining Pike, John oversaw the financial management of several utility-scale Solar, Hydroelectric, and Natural Gas plants across the United States. His business acumen and industry knowledge help guide future growth and safeguard operational performance. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Babson College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
